How are players evaluated?

• Coaches will evaluate players based on the main areas below. After assessing players in these areas, our coaches will then form teams that include a comprehensive roster of all positions: Point Guards, Shooting Guards, Athletic Swing Players and Post Players.
  • Conditioning (Cardio & Strength)
  • Attitude (Towards Players & Coaches)
  • Knowledge (Offensive & Defensive Concepts)
  • Shooting Ability (Form & Accuracy)
  • Ball Handling (Right & Left)
  • Defense (On Ball & Help)

How are players offered a roster spot?

• After players are evaluated/ranked, an invitation system will be used to fill the open roster spots. Players will receive email invitations throughout the week until teams are full. Once an invitation is extended, players will have a limited time to accept the invitation and make payment. If a player is extended an invitation and declines, the next ranked player will be offered the spot. This will continue throughout the week until all team rosters are full. If you do not make one of our teams, you will be notified via email as well.
  • FAQ - My sons friend has received an invitation and my son has not, does that mean he didn't make the team? No, players are notified at different times throughout the week.
• FAQ - Will you notify our family if my son/daughter does not make the team? Yes, you will get a personal email informing you that your son/daughter did not make the team.
