Please do not pre-pay for lessons. Lessons are invoiced at the end of each month.
Private training includes 1-1 and small group instruction for all aspects of the game. Skills include shooting mechanics, offensive and defensive footwork, basic fundamentals and any other needs. There is a strong focus on Footwork and Still Development with Speed/Agility incorporated into drills. Players typically use private training once a week to improve skills.
Families will receive an invoice from our finance department at the end of each month for the total number of lessons completed that month. Families can, but are not required to make payments after each session. Payments are to be made in one lump sum once the invoice is received.
Team training includes work on all aspects of the game in a team setting. Examples of training include individual mechanics, team sets, and team drills both in the full court and half court setting. Skills include shooting mechanics, offensive and defensive footwork, basic fundamentals and any other needs. There is a strong focus on Footwork and Still Development with Speed/Agility incorporated into drills. The cost of team training is $150 per hour (team number cannot exceed 12 players).

Meet Our Lead Trainer
Bob Tanguay was a four year starter at the University of Hartford. Upon graduation he ranked 5th among the all-time leading scorers, amassing over 1,200 points. Bob was inducted into the University of Hartford Athletic Hall of Fame in 2007. He was selected first team All-New England and all conference his senior year and second team All-New England and all conference his junior year. Bob was a three-time MVP of the team and captain his junior and senior years. He ranks among the career leaders in field goals made and field goal percentage. Upon graduation, Bob was a member of the Irish National basketball team. In 2013, Bob was inducted into the New England Basketball Hall of Fame. Bob has extensive coaching experience at the recreational, travel, high school and AAU levels. Over the years Bob has lectured at numerous basketball camps in New Jersey and Connecticut. He is currently the clinic/skill development director of the Hopewell Basketball Association and is a lead coach at the Hopewell Bulldog Basketball Boot Camp. In March of 2015, Bob was certified as an I'm Possible Trainer, joining an elite class of instructors that work with players across the country (http://main.possibletraining.com).
