Fall Program

About This Training Program
Our Development Program is structured to meet the needs of today’s busy athletes. Players can pick one or multiple training cycles based on their current schedules. For the winter season, this is a great supplement to your team practices. For the spring, summer, and fall seasons, this is a great way to keep your skills current while playing other sports. Our program offers Beginner (Grades K-4), Intermediate (Grades 4-8) and Advanced (Grades 7-12) teaching blocks, broken down in a progressive format that every player can handle. Each workout is different. Workouts are laid out to include improvement on the triple threat, creating space, shot mechanics, finishing, inside and outside footwork, ball handling, decision making, situational passing, ball screens and many other necessary skills. The goal of this program is to challenge each player regardless of age.

We understand that schedules can change on a week-to-week basis. Therefore, when we offer more than one training day per week, players are allowed to choose workout dates based on a weekly basis.

Registration Deadline
The registration deadline will be Friday, September 15. This program sells out early each season so do not wait to register.
